Paesino means small village

Staying over 12:00 till 18:00 is charged 50% of the night price. After 18:00 is charged with the day price.

Linen change management is defined according to the length of stay.

Check in : 15:00 (upon agreement for earlier arrival)
Check out: 11:00

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the customer, if this is done 21 days before the agreed arrival, the amount of the deposit is returned.
For cancellations made after 21 days, the customer must pay 50% of the amount of the canceled reservation.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing & after the hotelier’s approval.
In case of departure earlier than the agreed date, the customer must pay the total amount of the remaining stay.
For any change in the capacity of the respective apartment, the customer must inform the accommodation at least 3 days in advance.

Reservation Policy

In order to confirm your reservation a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required.(not less than the one night cost). The final amount of the deposit is re-calculated after your booking and sent to you via the confirmation mail.

Please be informed that access to the apartments is via stairs.
