Policies

In case of cancellation by the client, if it is made 21 days before the agreed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made after 21 days, the client must pay 50% of the amount of the cancelled reservation.

Cancellations are accepted only in writing & after the approval of the hotelier.

In case of departure earlier than the agreed date, the client must pay the total amount of the remaining stay.

For any change in the capacity of the apartment in question, the client must inform the accommodation at least 3 days in advance.

The management of the linen change is defined according to the duration of the stay.
